If you are not entirely satisfied with our service, we're here to help.

Refunds
You have 30 calendar days to ask for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your service/logo must be unused. The refund also depends on the amount of work done on the project.

Once we receive your request for a refund, we will inspect it and according to our policy, we will notify you of the refund status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
